Registered Nurse (RN) FULL TIME - NOC shift Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Tampico Healthcare Center, a 128-bed skilled nursing rehabilitation center located in Walnut Creek, California. As a Registered Nurse at Tampico Healthcare Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, promoting their physical, psycho-social, and spiritual well‑being, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans. Responsibilities and Duties: Perform assigned resident care duties, including administering medications, providing treatments, and evaluating resident conditions Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Supervise and administer direct nursing care when more than routine care is indicated Evaluate all residents with COC to ensure their needs are being met Provide education and support to staff, residents, and families Conduct daily rounds to ensure proper care and a safe, clean resident environment Identify and address any therapeutic resident care issues/problems and determine measures and interventions to promote, maintain, and/or restore health Requirements: Current, valid Registered Nurse licensure to practice in the State of California Current BLS certification At least six months prior RN experience in a general acute care hospital setting or acquired equivalent competency appropriate to the type of sub‑acute residents that the facility provides care to Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical information, and to be easily understood through verbal communication in the English language Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals Ability to perform upper‑level mathematical operations Benefits: Competitive hourly rate: $45–$55 hourly depending on experience Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment Collaborative and supportive team environment Professional development and growth opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
