Warehouse Associate

A new distribution center in the eastern Indianapolis area is searching for dedicated warehouse associates to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and stage products throughout the warehouse.
• Utilize RF scanner for accurate inventory tracking.
• Handle materials consistently weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Load, unload, and stage products using electric pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts.
• Manage documentation and paperwork, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), invoices, and inventory tracking.
• Maintain general cleanliness throughout the facility as needed.

Essential Skills

• Experience operating a sit-down forklift.
• Proficiency in using RF scanners.
• Ability to perform inventory control and cycle counts.
• Capability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Bills of Lading (BOLs) and ERP systems.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.

Work Environment

This is a Contract position based out of Greenfield, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
