Partner with Accounting, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, optimize financial processes, and ensure successful project execution. Manage, develop, and mentor 1 employee while providing training and ongoing support for financial systems and end users. Drive continuous improvement by evaluating business processes, overseeing system testing, and implementing solutions that increase efficiency and reporting capabilities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, or a related field with 7+ years of progressive accounting, finance systems, or ERP implementation experience. Proven experience leading financial systems projects, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives; SAP S/4HANA implementation experience. Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
