Home Care Operations Leader: Growth, Training & Compliance

Addus HomeCare is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee and manage daily operations and administrative functions. This role includes recruitment, orientation, training, and retention of staff to meet branch goals. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of healthcare experience, preferably in home care, and at least 2 years of management experience. Full-time hours are required, Monday through Friday, with some evenings and weekends.
