About the Role:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities , providing support with personal care and hygiene

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff, ensuring prompt attention and care

• Support the nursing team with vital tasks, such as vital sign monitoring and documentation

• Maintain a clean and safe environment , adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards

Education and Experience:

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification required

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in healthcare or related field preferred

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
