HCA/CNA For Heavy Personal Care Case

Welcome to CSC! We are looking for highly skilled and strong HCA's and CNA's to help a female bedbound client in San Jose, CA 95120.

She is 89 years old and 5'1, 145 lbs. Had a stoke last year that left her bed bound. She has a hospital bed with a Hoyer/SARA lift in the home. Will need help with transfers and lifting from bed to wheelchair and back. She can only lift her bottom up and sometimes bend her knees. Help with rotating and incontinence care, changing her diaper/clean up. Help with dinner and getting ready for bed (night time routine, sponge bath/changing, PM med reminders etc.). Engagement and socialize, she is mostly non verbal from the stroke. She enjoys listening to music.

She lives with her daughter who is involved in mom's care. They do request a female caregiver only . Home is in San Jose CA, 95120. Care days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 4p-8p.

Rate for this specific case is $25/hr.

In order to legally hire and place for shifts we do need to meet all state requirements for home care (please see below) . This is great for someone looking for part time shifts during the week! Once hired we will also offer shifts that range from 4-8 hours and sometimes NOCS/12's during the week/weekends! We start at $22 pending case and experience.

We service Santa Clara with most clients being in San Jose, Campbell and Saratoga areas.
