We’re looking for a motivated Facilities Coordinator to help keep our facilities running safely and efficiently in Spokane Valley, WA . This is not a desk‑only role. While you’ll handle important administrative and coordination duties, this position is very physically active — requiring frequent walking, climbing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and hands‑on coordination across the facility . What You’ll Do You’ll play a key role in supporting daily maintenance operations and facility performance. Responsibilities include: Maintain and update shared operational spreadsheets (schedules, basecamps, R&I tracking). Review and prepare employee timesheets for payroll; generate attendance reports. Manage and maintain the official time‑off calendar. Coordinate inspections and compliance for certified weights and measures scales; document all activity in CMMS. Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence. Answer and route calls professionally; respond to inquiries on behalf of leadership. Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Distribute supplies, materials, and equipment to teams. Assist with Research & Development projects. Support the Director of Facilities in managing asset and preventive maintenance programs in CMMS. Coordinate sanitation initiatives and facility‑related vendor services. Generate KPI and operational performance reports. Create and manage recurring preventive maintenance schedules. Distribute and track maintenance work orders. Coordinate door lock access and security requests. Support Facilities and organizational operations as needed.
