Medical Front Office Receptionist

About the Role: Seema Y Haque MD PA is looking for a friendly and organized Medical Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice in Arlington, TX. Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using medical scheduling software Answer and route incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to patient inquiries Verify patient insurance eligibility and collect co-pays at time of service Maintain and update accurate patient records and demographic information in the EMR system Coordinate referrals, prior authorizations, and communication between patients and clinical staff Ensure the front office and waiting area remain organized and presentable Requirements: Prior experience in a medical front office or healthcare administrative role preferred Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and medical scheduling software Knowledge of medical insurance verification, co-pays, and billing basics Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced clinical environment High school diploma or equivalent required; medical office certification a plus Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply About Us: Seema Y Haque MD PA is a trusted medical practice serving the Arlington, TX community with compassionate, high-quality patient care.
