As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you will be responsible for providing quality dental care to our patients. You will work closely with our dentists to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. Cavanaugh Dental: 900 E Cavanaugh Rd, Lansing, MI 48910 Schedule: Monday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesday8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Thursday8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Our dedicated team includes: Two Office Managers One FT Front Desk Coordinator Two Registered Dental Hygienists (a few temps on call) Three FT Dental Assistants Additional Information: PMS -Denticon Average # of patients per day - 8 Morning Huddle- 7:45 AM Requirements: Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of Michigan Anesthetic Certificationpreferred but not required Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations CPR Certification Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling Focus on periodontal and oral health and overall patient systemic health Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients Delivery of an exceptional patient experience Integrity-focused work ethic Team-player attitude Ability to multitask Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction, and feedback Full-Time employees (30+ hours per week) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, as well as access to a variety of voluntary benefits.
