Join Hills Bank and let us surprise you with even more perks! SCOPE:The Project Manager – Enterprise Delivery provides leadership and structure for enterprise-wide initiatives that support Hills Bank's strategic priorities, operational effectiveness, customer experience, and compliance objectives. This position serves as a central coordination point between business leaders, IT partners, subject matter experts, and vendors to ensure projects are clearly defined, well-governed, and delivered on time with measurable results. The role requires strong communication, planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as the ability to manage competing priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.ACCOUNTABILITIES:Project Delivery & Execution:Lead multiple initiatives simultaneously from project intake through closure.Develop and maintain project documentation including charters, plans, status reports, risk logs, and executive communications.Drive accountability and remove barriers to successful delivery.Stakeholder & Business Partnership:Build relationships with business leaders, SMEs, IT teams, and vendors.Facilitate workshops, align goals, and manage expectations.Requirements & Planning:Gather and document business requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria.Support prioritization, dependency management, and solution planning.Vendor & Third-Party Coordination:Manage vendor deliverables, timelines, and implementation activities.Risk, Compliance & Governance:Identify, monitor, mitigate, and escalate project risks and issues.Communication & Reporting:Provide concise project reporting to stakeholders and leadership.Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned and support continuous improvement initiatives. EDUCATION AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:EDUCATION AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor 's degree or equivalent experience required.5–8 years of project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives required.PMP, CSM, CCMP, or equivalent certification preferred.Experience with business analysis and process mapping preferred.Banking experience preferred.EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER/VETERANS/DISABILITY
