Operations Clerk-I

We are seeking a City Launcher to support customer launches and ensure a seamless onsite experience for workplace meal programs. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Responsibilities

• Launch and onboard new customers onto the meal platform.
• Provide onsite customer support and resolve basic operational or platform issues.
• Monitor service quality and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate issues to internal teams.
• Travel locally to different customer locations as needed.
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
• Build strong client relationships through empathy and excellent communication.

• Based in South Carolina and willing to travel locally.
• Experience in operations, customer support, sales, hospitality, or customer success preferred.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn new technology and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Sheets .
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Part-Time Contract
• Approximately 15 hours/week
• 5 days/week, 11 AM 2 PM
• Local travel required
