Job Description Assistant Store Manager assists in the supervision of a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers looking and feeling their best. As a sales lead, the manager interacts with customers on a regular basis leading the customer experience with the store team. The manager strategizes to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, is involved in efficiently and accurately executing maurices Standard Operating Practices (SOPs), such as opening and closing the store. Location Store 1632-Shoppes at Geneseo-mauriques-Geneseo, NY 14454 Position Type Regular Full‑time Pay Range Hourly: $17.97 - $19.53 (Pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range, whichever is higher, based on city, county and state requirements.)
