MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions is a global supplier of industrial metal and plastic finishing chemistries. We primarily design and manufacture chemical systems that protect and decorate surfaces. Our high-performance functional coatings improve resistance to wear and tear, such as hard chrome plating of shock absorbers for cars, or provide corrosion resistance for appliance parts. Our decorative performance coatings apply finishes for parts in various end markets such as automotive interiors or jewelry surfaces. As part of our broader sustainable solutions platform, we also provide both chemistry and equipment for turnkey wastewater treatment, and recycle and reuse solutions. Our industrial customer base is highly diverse and includes customers in the following end markets: appliances and electronics; automotive parts; industrial parts; plumbing goods; construction equipment; and transportation equipment.

Who are we looking for?
The Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that support brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role creates compelling content, manages internal and external communications, supports marketing campaigns, and ensures consistent messaging across all channels. The Marketing Communications Specialist plays a key role in strengthening the company's brand and supporting its marketing initiatives.


What will you be doing?

• Contribute to the development and execution of the strategic marketing plan for the growth and development of the MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions business in designated markets, in alignment with commercial objectives
• Develop internal and external communications in support of regional line of business (LOB) goals, working with appropriate departments to obtain approvals as necessar
• Support the regional business initiatives, remaining in close alignment with LOB leaders
• Partner with regional sales and technical teams on sales enablement tools and strategies in support of key business objectives and new product introductions
• Collaborate with the social media lead to maintain and create content for social media platforms, using appropriate metrics to track reach and engagement
• Plan, manage, and execute on regional events, seminars, and tradeshows in alignment with LOB objectives
• Develop articles, presentations, talking points, webinars, advertisements, and collaterial for both digital and print, obtaining reviews and approvals as necessary
• Collaborate with the social media lead to develop, create, and execute social media content in support of LOB priorities, business initiatives, events, and product launches, using appropriate metrics to track reach, engagement, and performance.
• Develop messaging and positioning that clearly communicates our unique value proposition to key target audiences and segments
• Liaise with external agencies, designers, photographers, and suppliers to ensure schedules, budgets, and briefs are met and delivered to agreed upon specifications
• Develop and manage relationships with cross-functional project teams, including but not limited to, regional and country managers, product teams, technical specialists, sales operations, supply chain, and R&D for the creation of organic and paid media campaigns and general content development
• Expand industry relationships aligning to business priorities, such as regional industry associations, trade publications, and third-party event producers to optimize MacDermid Enthone's position in the marketplace across channels, measuring impact

Who are You?

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing communications, content creation, or related roles
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics
• Experience with content management systems and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus

As part of our team here, as well as receiving a competitive base salary, you will also participate in a generous performance-related bonus plan. In addition, you will also receive a 401k plan with company matching, Life Insurance, and Medical Insurance as well as 9 holidays.


The typical base salary range for this position is anticipated to be between $62k and $80k annually.
