Vendor Support Contractor (Fully Remote)

You will provide essential operational support to a growing vendor management program. You will keep user access, vendor records, communications, and documentation accurate and well organized. You will help project teams identify suitable vendors and respond to linguist questions. Key Responsibilities: Onboard new users and provision accounts across relevant systems. Maintain vendor information and prepare bulk or targeted communications. Respond to inbound questions and escalate issues requiring specialized input. Requirements: Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. Experience with mail merge, Google Sheets, and shared communication platforms. Ability to work independently and manage recurring workflows. Fully remote working arrangement from Europe. Full-time contract engagement of approximately 40 hours per week.
