What You'll Do

• Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules to keep our plant operations running efficiently.
• Define and estimate work requests, prioritize tasks, and track work orders using our CMMS system.
• Implement inspection procedures to detect and address issues before they become problems.
• Partner with technicians, engineers, and managers to coordinate maintenance around production downtime.
• Maintain and monitor spare parts inventory -never get caught without what you need.

What You Bring

• Associate's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree).
• 2+ years hands-on experience as a maintenance mechanic or electrician in a manufacturing setting-preferably food production.
• 1+ year experience in maintenance planning or scheduling, with proficiency in a CMMS platform.
• Familiarity with inventory management, procurement coordination, and continuous improvement practices.
