Assembly Technician / Production AssemblerWe are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Technicians / Production Assemblers to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will assemble and inspect small components and pneumatic fittings while ensuring quality and production standards are consistently met.This is a great opportunity for individuals who are mechanically inclined, enjoy hands-on work, and want to grow within a stable manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble small parts and components using hand tools, fixtures, and work instructionsPerform visual inspections to ensure product quality and consistencyPackage finished products according to specificationsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaRotate between workstations based on production needsAccurately complete basic production and quality documentationIdentify and report quality or safety concerns to supervisorsAssist with training new team members as neededQualificationsPrevious assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferredMechanical aptitude and ability to work with small parts and toolsStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsReliable attendance and ability to work in a team environmentPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours)Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbsGood hand dexterity and ability to work with small componentsAbility to work in a manufacturing environment with noise and moving equipmentEQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER: Surge is an equal opportunity employer.
