Front Office Manager

A sizable and well-located branded hotel in the northern part of South Carolina, near the Georgia border, is in search of a Front Office Manager. This property is the host hotel for a major annual sporting event that brings prestigious guests, elite events and millions of dollars in revenue each year. As such, a hands-on, experienced and professional Front Office Manager is needed to oversee front desk operations, ensuring accuracy in bookings, exceptional service, operational efficiency, employee engagement, and revenue maximization and profitability. This manager will be instrumental in the guest experience, and will collaborate closely with Sales, transportation, housekeeping, front desk, reservations, concierge, bell and valet services, as well as maintenance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred 3+ years in a comparable role within a luxury or full-service hotel Strong team management, mentoring, and interpersonal skills to lead a large, labor-intensive workforce Expertise in front office, reservations, and guest services operations Ability to effectively manage budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize rooms revenue Proficiency with hotel management software, spreadsheets, and reporting tools Exceptional communication, guest service and conflict resolution skills Scheduling flexibility to support a 24/7 operation outside of 'regular' business hours, if needed #J-18808-Ljbffr Hutchinson Consulting
