Production Supervisor - 2nd and 3rd shift

Location: Port Washington, WI Shifts: 2nd (3PM-11 PM), Mon-Fri or 3rd (11 PM-7 AM), Mon-Fri We're looking for a hands-on, people-focused Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team and ensure safe, efficient, high‑quality production. This role is critical to meeting customer expectations and upholding KTP's commitment to operational excellence. As a Production Supervisor, you'll guide and develop your team, drive performance, and maintain a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do Lead and promote a safe work environment Maintain quality standards and production efficiency Manage staffing, workflow, and daily production reporting Coach, train, and develop team members Collaborate with other departments and leadership Support operations as needed to keep production running smoothly Requirements Requires a high school diploma or GED.
