Marketing Manager

We’re a growing BBQ restaurant group looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team We’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn, hungry to grow, and ready to bring fresh energy to our marketing efforts. If you love food, storytelling, and building community through creative campaigns, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Do: Coordinate and manage content creation, including photoshoots and behind-the-scenes storytelling Work closely with our graphic designer to produce marketing assets Help shape and enhance our promo calendar with thoughtful, on-brand ideas Plan and execute marketing promotions across channels Manage our social media schedule and posting Engage with guests and help build brand loyalty online Assist with public relations and local outreach efforts Support marketing for new store openings Oversee the production and delivery of in-store POP materials Salary & Benefits: Base salary starting at $85,000-$100,000 Medical and dental insurance with a generous company contribution 401(k) option with company match Life Insurance PTO starting at 15 days per year with buy back options 10 paid holidays per year Competitive compensation Requirements 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in restaurants, hospitality, or retail Strong understanding of social media platforms Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms a plus Must possess a valid Driver’s License A strong communicator who’s both creative and highly organized Someone who loves collaboration but is also self-motivated and takes initiative Detail-oriented with solid project management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
