Construction Estimator $85,000-$115,000 Summary This position will be responsible for the accurate and timely preparation for commercial construction project proposals and bids. Identify and compute labor, material, and time costs by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications and other bid documents. Qualifications 2+ years commercial construction experience with public, private or federal projects B.S. Degree in Construction Management or Engineering or related field preferred Strong working knowledge of estimating software like Cost-OS, OST and Planswift Civil estimating experience preferred but not required Working knowledge of programs such as Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Scope of Responsibilities Visit project and pre-bid meetings to understand site conditions/scope Review plans and specifications Provide accurate take-off Work with estimating team to build the estimate and pricing Develop preliminary schedule #J-18808-Ljbffr
