Admissions Registered Nurse

PRN PositionPRN Position Specifics:Department: AdmissionsSchedule: PRN colleagues must work a minimum of (2) shifts per month, (1) winter and (1) summer holiday.Facility: St. John's HospitalLocation: Springfield, ILCompensation: Aligns with experienceDifferentials: PRN, Shift, and Weekend available for qualified hours workedObtains required pre-admission information for the patients. Testing may include history and physical, laboratory work, EKG, radiology, and other pertinent testing. Reviews results with appropriate physician/provider(s). May make pre- and post-visit calls to patients.Education QualificationsAssociates degree in nursing is required.Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.Experience Qualifications2 years staff RN experience is required.Certifications, Licenses and RegistrationsLicensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice is required.
