We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about pediatric dentistry and helping young patients feel comfortable and cared for. Responsibilities: * Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures and examinations. * Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment for use. * Manage patient flow and ensure a welcoming environment for children and their families. * Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene and dental care practices. * Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling appointments. * Handle administrative tasks, including billing and insurance processing. * Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols. * Support the dental team in creating a fun and friendly atmosphere for young patients. Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent; dental assistant certification preferred. * Experience in pediatric dentistry or a similar dental setting is a plus. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children. * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Flexibility to rotate between Leesburg and Ashburn office is required. * Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology. * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. * Current X-ray, BLS/CPR certifications are required. * Positive attitude and a passion for working with children.
