Territory Manager - Surgical (Upstate/Rochester, NY)

The Territory Manager Surgical will be responsible for the clinical sales of the Ultrasonics portfolio in a designated region, spending time in hospitals, surgery centers, physician offices, and operating rooms within Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, and Albany, with Rochester as the preferred hub. Key Responsibilities Achieve assigned quota on a monthly and quarterly basis at 100% or higher. Maintain working knowledge of all BGS and ultrasonic products. Prospect and land new account opportunities. Cross‑sell and upsell to expand account business and support capital sales. Launch new technologies in the assigned territory. Drive regional sales in existing accounts and penetrate targeted accounts. Coordinate and conduct in‑services for surgeons, OR staff, and sterile processing prior to evaluations. Provide onsite clinical support during the evaluation process. Work closely with regional managers and distributors to implement the strategic sales model. Assist with labs, trade shows, training, and convention activities. Successfully complete all required product and sales‑related training curricula. Complete special projects as assigned by upper management. Job Requirements BA/BS degree. Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience in operating room, surgical, or medical device sales. Hunter mentality. Internal applicants: at least 1 year as an ATM with Bioventus and 6–12 months of equivalent sales experience prior. Valid driver’s license in one of the 50 United States. Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, including proper phone etiquette. Computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel. Highly detail‑oriented with an emphasis on accuracy. Maintains an attitude of responsibility, ownership, and accountability. Strong sense of decision making, sound judgment, and critical thinking.
