Noeducation level required. ? Mustbe 18 years of age. ? Mustbe able to be on feet standing or walking throughout the scheduled shift. ? Mustbe able to lift, push, pull 60-70lbs. ? Musthave the ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions at alevel necessary to accomplish the job. ? Musthave knowledge of computer systems, systems applications, and other officeequipment. ? Mustbe able to meet all local health regulations, and pass apost-employment physical exam if required. This requirement also includesdrug screening, criminal background investigation, and reference inquiry. ? Musthave the ability to promote positive interpersonal relationships through theuse of tactful, direct and sensitive interaction. Must be able to communicateverbally in a positive and professional manner. ? Mustbe able to relate positively and favorably to residents, families, co-workers,vendors, and to work cooperatively with others. ? Mustcomply with attendance policy and established schedules, be flexible, and makenecessary accommodations for the needs of residents and families. ? Mustattend in-service/education programs as required to learn new procedures anddevelop skills to meet regulatory compliance. ? Mustagree not to disclose resident protected health information and reportsuspected or known violations of such to the Administrator.
