Responsibilities

• Identify potential healthcare candidates through our unique platform and your professional network
• Initiate contact with candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Schedule meetings between candidates and our recruiters for more in-depth evaluations
• Follow up with candidates to sustain their interest and guide them through the hiring process
• Maintain precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and successful hires made from your outreach

Compensation Structure

This is a performance-driven, commission-only role, providing no limits to your earning potential and no ceiling on success.
