Wound & Skin Care of Idaho is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to support patient care, clinic flow, and provider needs in our Pocatello clinic.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on patient support, understands the pace of a medical office, and takes pride in helping providers deliver compassionate, high-quality care.

We are looking for someone dependable, organized, patient-focused, and comfortable working closely with both patients and clinical providers.

What You’ll Do

Room patients and support patient intake.

Record patient information accurately and help maintain clinic flow.

Assist providers with patient care and clinical support needs.

Support wound care, dermatology, wellness, and related clinic workflows.

Prepare rooms, supplies, forms, and patient information for visits.

Communicate clearly with front-office and clinical staff.

Help maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinic environment.

Support patient questions with empathy and professionalism.

Maintain HIPAA compliance and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For

Prior Medical Assistant experience in a clinic or medical office setting.

Comfort working directly with patients and providers.

Strong attention to detail and patient documentation.

Professional, warm, and reliable communication style.

Ability to stay organized during busy clinic hours.

Experience in wound care, dermatology, family practice, wellness, or similar setting preferred.

Dependable, team-oriented, and patient-focused.

Pay

$14–$20 per hour, based on experience.
