School-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA

Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Souderton Area School District working in partnership with the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU) for the 2026-2027 school year. $5,000 -Sign on bonus: Eligible to BCBAs in ACS that are *hired for a minimum of 25 billable hours. Bonus of $2,500: 1stinstallment is after the first billable service. Second installment of $2,500 issued 90 days after hire. Pay - $75-$79 per hour based on years of experience as a BCBA after BCBA certification (independent contractor / 1099). Primary Responsibilities Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results. Develop positive behavioral supports utilizing evidence-based interventions. Assess a students instructional needs and develop appropriate programming. Provide ongoing monitoring of student data and make programming adjustments as needed. Develop tools and work with staff to collect progress-monitoring data on behavioral goals. Train staff on positive behavior support plans and instructional programs and monitor fidelity. Skills Effective written and verbal communication skills. Extensive skills in behavioral assessment and positive behavior support plan development. Extensive knowledge of data analysis. Ability to work collaboratively within a team atmosphere. Experience working with students with autism, emotional/behavioral disorders, and/or intellectual disabilities. Qualifications Masters Degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA) or a related program BCBA certification Working experience after BCBA certification Credentials Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Current Certificate Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts Professional Liability Insurance (Clearances current within 12 months) PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance PA Department of Education FBI Use code: 1KG6XN TB screening - current within 3 months *Bonus will be issued if the new hire commits to 25 billable hours, if that is not achieved in 90 days, the second installment will not be provided. *The school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA is an independent contract (1099) position.
