Job Description

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to determine project scope and budget expectations.
• Source and evaluate vendor and subcontractor bids to ensure competitive pricing.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, materials, and labor costs in the property industry.
• Prepare detailed and organized bid proposals for submission to clients.
• Monitor project costs and provide updates to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Assist in value engineering efforts to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure all estimates align with company standards and client requirements.
