Compensation:

Average first year annual pay: $60,300

Hourly Rate: $27.00

OT paid at $40.50 after 40 hours

Avg Weekly pay: $1,160

Bonuses

$1,000 sign on bonus

$2,000 Employee Referral Bonus

Paid via direct deposit weekly

Experienced Driver Orientation: 1.5-days orientation

Home Time, Route & Schedule:

Home Time: Home Daily

Shift: 6pm-6am, 12 hr shifts, 4 days on 4 days off

Route: Intra-city, Big Island/Lynchburg

Equipment:

All Late Model Freightliner Cascadias & Kenworth T680s

Automatic

Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years of age

Must have CDL A license

Must have 12 months tractor/trailer experience

Individuals with military experience are encouraged to apply

0 minimum DUI/DWIs in last 5 years

Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations

Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen

Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 40 miles of Big Island, VA
