Physical Therapist - Full Time

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
Active Wisconsin State Physical Therapy License required to start the position
BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC
Experience in outpatient physical therapy or comparable ambulatory settings preferred
Ability to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for musculoskeletal and post-operative patients
