Senior Director Global Commercial Lung Cancer

Senior Director position leading global commercial strategy and execution for AstraZeneca's lung cancer portfolio. Reports to VP Franchise Head and drives tumor-level strategic initiatives across marketing, quality of care, and cross-functional collaboration to transform patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of lung cancer tumor-level strategic marketing and commercialization initiatives
- Direct global quality of care improvement initiatives aligned with Tumor Leadership Plan and strategic objectives
- Manage tumor-level strategic engagement with global key opinion leaders and professional societies
- Partner with medical affairs, patient affairs, and brand teams to deliver cross-functional priorities and ensure alignment
- Oversee agency relationships, commercial budget management, and cross-functional collaboration across insights, access, sales, and corporate affairs teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 10+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience in brand marketing, sales, or strategic planning
- Prior oncology HCP marketing experience in major markets
- Demonstrated experience building and integrating new customer engagement capabilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for complex concepts
- Ability to manage complex projects and work effectively in matrixed environments
Compensation: $231,988 - $347,983 base annual pay
