The ideal candidate is a self-driven individual with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering high-performance web applications.Key Responsibilities:Web Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure web applications using ReactJS, NextJS, and NodeJS.Performance Optimization: Drive discussions and implement solutions to improve application speed and efficiency, both on the front-end and back-end.DevOps & CI/CD: Collaborate with the DevOps team to enhance and streamline continuous integration and deployment workflows.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver high-quality products. Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.Problem Solving & Innovation: Identify technical issues, propose solutions, and stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.Self-Motivation & Ownership: Take initiative, work independently, and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.Requirements:Proven experience with ReactJS, NextJS, and NodeJSStrong understanding of web application architecture and performance optimizationExperience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environmentStrong communication skills and proactive attitudeMust be able to attend in-person interviews and work 100% onsite in Bothell, WAOr refer someone
