LPN Rehabilitation Position

This position is for a Licensed Practical Nurse in a rehabilitation unit. The role involves caring for patients recovering from severe injuries or illnesses. The nurse will provide ongoing care and specialized treatment. Patients may include individuals recovering from strokes, brain injuries, and orthopedic injuries. The facility focuses on maximizing health, function, and quality of life. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:7. The population served includes individuals aged 16 years and older. The nurse will utilize electronic health records for patient documentation. This position requires strong teamwork and communication skills. A commitment to providing high-quality rehabilitation care is essential.
