QA TECH PREP OPP

Job Title
Essential Functions
Conduct daily pre-operational process equipment inspection
Document findings (SSOP Pre-Operational Record)
Report damaged equipment to maintenance, supervisor and/or leads
Perform Plant Inspections: GMP, Food Safety, Food Defense, etc., report & follow-up
Assist with swabbing for microbiological as well as ATP tests as needed
Other duties as assigned by the Lead Technician or QA/Supervisor Manager
Job Requirements/Skills
Able to follow verbal instructions from supervisors/leads
Able to work independently/self-motivated
Handle multiple projects in a fast paced and limited timeframe while remaining detailed-oriented, reliable and organized
Excellent communication skills
Analytical skills and attention to diminutive details
Must follow all Safety rules and Company Procedures
Experience
Previous QA experience in a food manufacturing environment a plus but not required
