(sooner if the contract ends before that)- If the traveler RN contacts the Traveler Managers immediately after the missed shift, they may request the specific day they would like to perform the make-up- Traveler managers will schedule the makeup on any weekend shift without a contracted RDO to based on department staffing needs- The makeup shift will be in place of a scheduled weekday shift during that same week to not incur overtime.
