As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. Duties Conduct cold calls and follow up with potential customers to generate leads Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations to showcase vehicle features Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers to close deals Collaborate with sales support staff to ensure smooth sales process from start to finish Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales transactions Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors’ offerings Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process Requirements Proven experience in retail sales or automotive sales is preferred Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively Proficient in retail math calculations for pricing and financing options Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Familiarity with inventory control procedures is desirable Valid driver's license At our company, we offer competitive compensation along with opportunities for career growth and advancement.
