Aerotek is currently hiring for multiple food production workers for a growing manufacturing company.

All positions are full-time, long-term roles. We are looking for career oriented individuals. We currently have openings on 1st shift (M-F) and 2nd shift (M-F).

Candidates will be working at different stations in the production area making and packaging different meat products. Candidates will be doing repetitive work, but will be switching stations throughout the day. Candidates will be working in a cooler (refrigerated) setting. Candidates must be comfortable standing for an entire shift, and be able to lift 25 pounds frequently throughout the day.

We are looking for candidates with 6+ months of previous production, general labor, or warehouse experience. If you have experience in food production, that is a plus, but we will train candidates interested in a career in the food manufacturing field. Candidates MUST have a proven attendance record.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Cloud, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
