Offre en toute confiance une experience client exceptionnelle en etablissant un lien, en portant attention aux details et en offrant une experience de magasinage personnalisee et unique, ce qui se traduit par la satisfaction de la clientele. 3. Participe activement et contribue a un environnement de magasin positif, favorisant des relations professionnelles solides avec les pairs et la direction. 4. Est fier de l'apparence du magasin et fait preuve d'initiative pour garder les presentoirs et les stocks propres, attrayants et organises. Securise tous les actifs de l'entreprise sous son controle. 5. Aide a favoriser une culture inclusive en traitant les clients et les collegues avec respect. QUALIFICATIONS DE BASE 1. Diplome d'etudes secondaires ou formation generale 2. Adoption des nouvelles technologies et du changement avec un haut niveau de precision 3. Sens de la responsabilite quant aux resultats de vente grace a l'utilisation de competences de vente et a une volonte d'atteindre les objectifs 4. Solides aptitudes pour la communication (orale et ecrite) 5.
