In this leadership role, you will lead and manage the design, budgeting, scheduling and construction management for airport infrastructure projects including extension and reconstruction of runways, taxiways and aprons, fuel systems, vertical infrastructure including hangars, AD buildings, and NAVAIDS. In addition to project management duties, you will support business development activities and serve as a client contact to airport boards, commissions and clients.What You Will Be Doing:Manage planning, scheduling and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel, both design and constructionServe as a client contact to airport boards/commissions and airport clients as assignedReview and/or prepare preliminary reports and feasibility studiesPerform business development activities (client needs, research, proposals, etc.)Coordinate construction administration and monitor documentation requirements with field staffAssist with the training and development of professional and technical staffDevelop relationships with regulatory agenciesTravel periodically to work sites and other project related locationWhat We Are Looking For:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or universityLicensed Professional Engineer5+ years of progressive experience in the civil engineering fieldExperience with client relationship management and business developmentExperience in plan specification development with construction contract administrationBolton & Menk will currently not be providing visa sponsorship or Optional Practical Training Extensions for STEM Students.
