Associate Director, Global Digital Projects, Global Technology

Sony Music Entertainment seeks an Associate Director, Global Digital Projects, Global Technology, based in New York, NY. Responsibilities Perform analytic tasks on strategic projects. Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams. Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies. Develop and maintain project documentation including user stories, use cases, and flowcharts. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT). Map discrepancies and oversee data exchange between multiple systems. Ensure data integrity throughout the project lifecycle. Establish common practices and facilitate collaboration across systems. Perform risk management. Track progress and provide reporting. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of business analysis experience, including translating business needs into functional specifications, conducting gap analysis, creating project documentation, and leading UAT. At least 2 years of project management experience in a multi‑system environment. Experience mapping discrepancies, overseeing data exchange, ensuring data integrity, and performing risk management. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Telecommuting is permitted up to four days per week. Salary: $116,000 to $131,000 per year. #J-18808-Ljbffr
