Spa Coordinator
Osmosis Day Spa Sanctuary
Overview To provide exceptional guest service and operational support while serving as a primary point of contact for guests throughout their Osmosis experience. The Spa Coordinator is responsible for scheduling services, answering guest questions, coordinating treatment schedules, processing transactions, supporting retail sales, and maintaining a calm, welcoming, and organized front desk environment while helping ensure smooth daily spa operations. Must be available weekends, mornings and evenings. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the Osmosis experience and provide exceptional guest service and operational support. Schedule services, coordinate treatment schedules, and answer guest questions. Process transactions and support retail sales. Maintain a calm, welcoming, and organized front desk environment and help ensure smooth daily spa operations.
