Senior Manager, Learning Operations Managed Services

Position Summary Our Human Capital practice is at the forefront of transforming the nature of work and learning. As converging forces reshape industries—from AI-driven automation to the rapid evolution of skills—our Learning Business Process as a Service (LBPaaS) offering provides enterprises with an outcome-driven, end-to-end learning operations model that goes far beyond traditional outsourcing. We are seeking a highly driven Senior Manager to lead the growth and expansion of our Learning Business Process as a Service practice within Deloitte Consulting's Human Capital offering. In this role, you will be instrumental in scaling Deloitte's learning managed services capabilities for large enterprise clients—operating as a strategic partner, not an order-taker. Unlike traditional Learning BPOs that measure value in FTEs and task completions, you will architect and deliver outcome-driven managed learning operations powered by AI, a global ecosystem of technology and delivery partners, and Deloitte's proprietary accelerators. The ideal candidate brings deep experience from a comparable major consulting firm or a leading dedicated Learning BPO provider and is energized by the opportunity to build and scale a high-growth business unit within a premier global consultancy. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree8+ years of experience working at a global professional services firm, consulting firm, or learning business process outsourcing provider3+ years of experience, within the last 5 years, in an external consulting environment3+ years of experience selling and closing managed services or business process outsourcing engagements4+ years of experience leading enterprise learning operations across corporate learning and development, customer education, or partner enablement, including content development, learning administration, helpdesk support, or vendor management1+ years of experience applying AI or automation in learning operations, including content authoring, workflow automation, or analyticsAbility to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. Preferred: Master’s degree or Master of Business Administration (MBA)Experience building pricing models for business process outsourcing or managed services engagementsExperience managing engagement margins and global delivery models across offshore or nearshore teamsExperience with learning management system (LMS) and human capital management (HCM) platformsExperience designing or managing customer education, partner enablement, certification, or credentialing programs The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $171,600 to $338,300. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
