Reservation Manager

Job Overview Location: 5523 53rd Ave S, Fargo, North Dakota 58104, United States. U-Haul is looking for a Reservation Manager Agent who enjoys working as part of a team, provides outstanding customer service, is results-oriented, and wants to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a part‑time position under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager. The primary focus is supporting customers, field team members, and U‑Haul dealerships through reservation placement and distribution of equipment. Help support field team members and U‑Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement. Direct incoming customers’ equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status to balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand. Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts to support creation of equipment availability and accuracy. Assist with the Company’s U‑Box portable storage product. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email. Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.
