Key Responsibilities\n- \n

- Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation, adhering to all legal and ethical standards regarding patient confidentiality. \n

- Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in integrated mental health care to ensure best practices in clinical services. \n
You will primarily work with individuals experiencing complex challenges, including mental health conditions alongside co-occurring disorders such as autoimmune diseases, substance use disorders, and chronic pain. This role is pivotal in delivering patient-centric care that not only addresses mental well-being but also incorporates discussions about medical health, promoting overall recovery and resilience.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Current and valid licensure, such as Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Psychologist in the state of Washington. \n
- Familiarity working with patients experiencing mental health challenges alongside chronic medical conditions. \n
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish trusting relationships with clients. \n
- Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality in all aspects of service delivery. \n
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms to streamline patient management. \n
Experience in integrated behavioral health care settings is highly desirable, particularly in roles involving collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Additionally, familiarity with community resources and local support services in the Bellevue area will be beneficial in enhancing patient referrals and resources.
