Advanced endoscopy opportunities are available, including ERCP training and mentorship for fellows and physicians without a fellowship who are interested in ERCP.

After two years, a partnership track is available and includes ownership opportunities in both the ambulatory surgery center and clinic real estate, creating multiple revenue streams beyond clinical income. Physicians who establish themselves within the group commonly achieve annual earnings exceeding $1 million.

The practice welcomes both experienced physicians and current fellows, with a preference for 2025 and 2026 graduates. A GI hospitalist option with a 7‑on, 7‑off schedule is also available for candidates seeking a dedicated inpatient role.
