Job Description

As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver - 1st Shift in Oshkosh WI you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer supporting a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. You will manage entry points verify access credentials monitor activity conduct routine patrols and provide clear professional communication to help deter security-related incidents. This driving position requires a valid drivers license in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients employees contractors and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points at a manufacturing and industrial location; verify credentials manage visitor and contractor entry and maintain required access records.
• Control access to restricted areas by following site-specific authorization procedures and reporting access-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following established escalation and emergency response protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points production areas and the facility perimeter reporting security-related conditions and policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
