Requirements: Previous manufacturing, production, or industrial finishing experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced conveyor or production line environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify coating defects or missed areas. Ability to safely handle and hang metal parts on production equipment. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards. Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a production environment.

Job duties: Hang metal parts on an automated powder coating conveyor line for processing. Apply powder coating touch-ups to areas missed by automatic spray guns. Inspect coated parts for coverage, consistency, and finish quality. Remove finished parts from the line and place them on designated carts for assembly or shipment. Assist with cleaning and changeover procedures between color runs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times. Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements in a manufacturing environment. Support production flow by ensuring parts move efficiently through finishing stages. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
