Job Description We are seeking a Director, Communications, Products and Experiences to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in global consumer and trade communications across consumer products and experiences and a proven ability to lead end-to-end communications programs, build press relationships, and deliver measurable outcomes. Responsibilities: Develop and execute holistic global external communications campaigns across print, digital, TV, and podcasts for Products & Experiences. Identify opportunities and pitch global, national, and local media to amplify client's franchises through Products & Experiences. Manage press for key media events and trade shows, including Toy Fairs, Licensing Expo, and Brand Licensing Europe, plus seasonal moments such as Back to School and Holiday. Write and edit press releases, pitches, and related materials. Establish and execute a global internal communications strategy to keep teams connected, informed, and inspired. Serve as a strategic point of contact for Products & Experiences partners across lines of business and manage press release workflows. Coordinate assigned projects, inbound inquiries, and asset delivery as day-to-day contact for the department. Maintain and grow Products & Experiences press lists. Contribute to publicity efforts in partnership with broader of client's Communications teams as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of publicity experience. Established relationships with consumer and lifestyle press, entertainment and licensing trade press, and business press. Excellent writing and communication skills. Bachelor's degree. Demonstrated ability to partner across levels and functions. Strong organization and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Preferred Skills: Communications experience across consumer packaged goods, hotels/theme parks, live tours, and related consumer experiences categories.
