Bailey Information Technology Program AnalystShaw AFB, SCBailey Information Technology is seeking a Program Analyst to support the USARCENT Staff Augmentation Program. The Program Analyst provides analytical, budget, and administrative support to program management, tracking performance metrics and assisting with reporting to command leadership.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyze, and present program performance data, metrics, and trends to leadership.Support budget formulation, execution tracking, and financial reporting activities.Prepare briefings, point papers, and status reports for command and contract oversight.Assist in tracking program milestones, deliverables, and risk items.Coordinate data collection across staff sections and augmentation personnel.Support process improvement initiatives and standard operating procedure development.Maintain program documentation, files, and staffing action tracking.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in program/business analysis, preferably in a DoD environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and briefings.Strong analytical, writing, and briefing preparation skills.Current Secret security clearance.U.S. citizenship required.Desired QualificationsExperience supporting a Combatant Command or Army Service Component Command staff.Familiarity with Army planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) processes.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Security Clearance Requirement This position requires a current, active Secret security clearance. Candidates must be a U.S. citizen and be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance level for the duration of the assignment in support of USARCENT. Physical Demands / Work Environment Work is generally performed in a standard office or garrison environment. May require prolonged sitting, use of a computer, and occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
