Presentation Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Presentation Designer who can transform ideas into compelling visual stories. This role blends presentation design, video production, and multimedia storytelling into high-impact content for internal and external audiences. In this role, the candidate should understand visual hierarchy, typography, color systems, composition, data visualization, motion design, and modern AI-assisted creative workflows. You should be equally comfortable building polished slide decks and producing dynamic, video-driven presentation experiences. The ideal candidate combines deep technical proficiency with best-in-class presentation design transforming ideas into dynamic visual content with a forward-thinking vision for multimedia experiences. What You’ll Do Design engaging presentations translating complex ideas into clear, structured visual narratives Develop video-based presentations incorporating animation, motion graphics, and voiceover Collaborate with stakeholders to define messaging, audience needs, and objectives Enhance presentations with multimedia elements such as audio, video, and interactive components Edit video content to improve clarity, pacing, and visual impact Apply storytelling and data visualization techniques to strengthen communication Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging presentation formats What We’re Looking For 5–10 years of experience in presentation design, multimedia production, or a related field Advanced proficiency in presentation programs (PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Gamma) Strong foundation in visual design principles (layout, typography, color, hierarchy) Experience with video editing and motion graphics tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar) Proven ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging visual content Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience working with cross-functional teams Familiarity with AI tools to support creative workflows and efficiency (ChatGPT, Claude, Runway, Adobe Firefly) Nice to Have Designing executive-level or client-facing presentations Creating interactive or immersive presentation formats Basic audio editing and voiceover integration Developing or working within brand identity systems What Success Looks Like Clear, visually compelling, and memorable presentations Seamless integration of video and multimedia storytelling Consistent, high-quality output across formats and platforms Strong positive feedback from stakeholders and audiences Why Join Us Grow a multi-brand, multi-team UX practice from the ground up.
